Just picked up a Mediterranean Wrap by House of the sun @ Healeo, it was awesome. If you didn't know better you'd think you were eating carbs.
The goods on the wrap:
Mediterranean Wrap--House-made dehydrated flax-zucchini tortilla, sprouted garbanzo-lemon hummus, mixed greens, marinated and lightly dehydrated vegetables and pumpkin seed falafel.
One thing, I don't always like raw tomatoes, they were removed :-) but the wrap is excellent and the pumpkin seed falafel made the wrap!
It's not you Domino's.... it's me.
Sorry Domino's, really it's not you. It's not that I don't find you mouth wateringly attractive, lip smacking good. It's just, well ... I'm growing and changing. Geez, Domino's don't cry. I've got to make better choices for myself. Our late night Sunday moviefest, with the ultra thin crust the onions, mushrooms and peppers... stop it. I'm taking a stand Domino's, love you. But I've gotta move on. Changing my ways, gonna get healthy.
Thrive & Roller Skating
Yesterday we had a blast! 2 Girls had a raw lunch @ Thrive! Tabi had the Chili con Marvelous which was if I don't say so myself, just flat marvelous. I had the Coconutty smoothy - chocolate! Heaven :-) and a Magenta Love juice, yum.
After the wonderful raw lunch we went roller skating! Though along the way, even with all the technological navigation systems between the car & iphone... we got lost! Right at the line between King County and Snohomish County. They shouldn't be allowed to have one street with 2 different names because of the 2 different counties. Very confusing.
Open skate was a blast, only $6.50 to rent skates. Great to see all the kids in there skating around and getting exercise vs. being home in front of computers or tv's. Afterwards, we left with more respect for the Rat City Roller Girls!!
